At BUNKER GEAR, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs, however due to the nature of latex there are some items that we cannot accept returns for.

We accept returns on all accessory items 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Custom and non-custom made garments requiring lube or tight contact with the body cannot be returned. In the case that a defect is identified in the garment either a repair will be schedule or a refund will be issued.

To start the return process, please contact us at contact@bunkergear.shop. We will guide you through the necessary steps to prepare the garment to be returned and shipping information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
